Protect your skin from the sun

Words, if your unprotected skin takes 5 minutes to burn and you get a protection factor 10, multiply these by 10 five minutes you could be 50 minutes, as going to be darker. That initial time of five minutes is increasing, because the dark is the way to protect your skin from the sun. For this reason, lie always high protection factors to be protected longer.

As for oily skin, there is no need to exaggerate in the use of moisturizing cream. At skinned people recommend using a sunscreen throughout the year 15 (not greasy).

Develop artificial skin can heal wounds

Led by Paul Kemp, the British biotech company Intercytex, the researchers created a fabric that manages to incorporate much better real skin that none of the alternative skins used so far.

To develop the new tissue, called ICX-SKN, scientists used fibrin gel, a protein that contributes to the healing of wounds, and fibroblast cells taken from human skin, reported the BBC.

The artificial skin is created from a matrix made of fibrin, which are added to human fibroblasts, cells that synthesize and maintain the extracellular matrix of the tissue itself.

In a process that replicates the way the body develops new skin, created tissue cells produce another protein, collagen, which makes the matrix more stable and resistant to changes during the healing process. (more…)

The skin care in winter

During the cold months, the skin suffers the effects of temperature changes. Heated environments quickly passed into the cold street. Thus, the skin becomes dry and dehydrated. The solution? Drink plenty of water, lower water temperature to bathe and use the right soap.

The winter months mean much more than gray skies and cold mornings …. when the heating is on, the skin becomes dry.

What is the problem?
Most people alternate between a “controlled” environments that is always either heating in winter, with periods “uncontrolled”, shorter happening in the outside when we left. The constantly changing temperature causes dry skin. (more…)

Remove wrinkles

Stress is the body’s natural response to situations that threaten it, that affects physical and emotional stability. It is a way to keep alert to the body.

Although stress is a positive function in humans, which is to create a state of attention and prompt response to adversity, to experience a sustained and intense can affect our physical and emotional. It is therefore necessary to learn to channel it and make the best match.
