
Scabies is a skin infestation caused by a microscopic bug called Sarcoptes scabiei. Fleas are common worldwide and affects people of all races and social classes. Scabies spreads rapidly in crowded conditions, where the skin is often a direct contact between people, such as hospitals, closed institutions, kindergartens, homes for the elderly.
